3. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
The customer must send an e-mail to email@example.com giving a brief description of the problem, and may attach a photo if he/she thinks this will facilitate the explanation. Once the return is authorised, the customer must carry out the return following the instructions given. Via Moda will assume the shipping costs provided that the cause of the anomaly is a manufacturing defect and not an incorrect use of the product, along with the cost of sending the replacement product. If the article cannot be replaced due to lack of stock and the customer is not interested in any other article, he/she will be refunded the amount of the defective product.
