DO YOU DO HOME DELIVERIES?

We offer this service in those cases in which we are unable to deliver the alterations to a garment on the same day or when the customer knows what article he/she wants but is unable to collect it in person.

ARE ALTERATIONS FREE OF CHARGE?

If you are the holder of the Via Moda Card and the discount on the garment is equal to or less than 20%, the alteration is 100% free of charge.

HOW LONG WILL YOU TAKE TO DELIVER ALTERATIONS?

We offer our customers the possibility of making ‘express’ alterations (in many cases, to be collected the same day and during the weekend), and if this is not possible, we will send the garment to your home carriage paid, that is, with the cost assumed by Via Moda, when the value of the garment is more than €100.

DO YOU SELL ON INTERNET?

For the moment no, but we plan to offer our customers this service in the near future.

FREEDOM FROM DUTY FOR TRAVELLERS EXEMPT FROM DECLARING AT CUSTOMS?

Freedom from duty for travellers is exempt from declaration at Customs up to a maximum value of €900 per person.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO RECEIVE PERIODICAL INFORMATION IN MY E-MAIL ON THE LATEST NEWS AND OFFERS OF VIA MODA?

You can subscribe to our newsletter by introducing your e-mail address in the “Newsletter” section of the website. You will receive the latest news, promotions and events of Via Moda.

RETURNS?

The period for returning any article purchased at Via Moda shops is 30 calendar days from the purchase date and the amount is refunded by means of a credit note.

Returns will only be accepted of those products which conserve the original label of the article, are in perfect condition without having been worn or washed, are not deteriorated and are accompanied by the associated purchase receipt.

For obvious reasons of hygiene, Via Moda will be especially strict concerning returns of underwear and swimwear, therefore no changes or returns will be accepted.
